Contracts Manager / Team Leader
One of our key clients based in Wimbledon is going through a major expansion and requires an experienced IT contract recruiter to head up the development of a team. They are looking for someone to come in to take over the contract Division, expanding it from its existing base, into a major contract IT recruitment specialist team within 2 years. This is an excellent challenge and will suit an ambitious individual who is currently a strong Senior Contracts Recruitment Consultant looking to build a team around them, or perhaps an existing Contracts Team Leader / Manager who is not being given the support that they need at their current organisation, and needs a new challenge.
We envisage the team to grow to 4 contract consultants by the end of 2006, so there will be plenty of opportunity to earn double commission based upon team and individual performance. We expect this individual to be earning a 6 figure salary within 12 months of joining and will be looking to reward this person with shares in the company / Directorship if the growth targets are hit over the next couple of years.
