This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to join a privately owned consultancy. Established in 1990, Rainbow Recruitment is a specialist consultancy that offers a bespoke service to their clients. You will be working alongside experienced consultants, although team work is an essential part of the role you will be given an amount of autonomy to run your own permanent desk, making your own success. A client portfolio will be varied to include small, medium-sized, multi-national and blue chip companies as well as charities and government organisations. Responsibilities will include using previous sales techniques to develop the desk, interviewing candidates, job matching, and networking alongside you will be given the opportunity to reach your full potential and the environment in which to be successful. In order to take advantage of this unique opportunity, you must have a minimum of 12 months previous recruitment experience and a desire to be successful.
