Role:
Business Development Executive ~
Principle Responsibilities:
To deliver full life cycle Permanent recruitment solutions; from identifying Clients and providing Consultancy on Recruitment solutions, to managing the assignment and Search and Selection of Candidates to agreed Client expectations. The main focus of this role will be on influencing Clients to use our Permanent recruitment services, preferably on an exclusive basis. Assistance will be provided in Search and Selecting candidates from Internal Recruiters.
Key tasks will include:
- Initiating and arranging well qualified Client meetings
- Providing Recruitment Consultancy to Clients
- Presenting to Clients
- Gaining commitment from Clients to partner with us on an exclusive basis
- Delivering solutions to Client expectations
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic
Additional Information:
- You will be covering the North of Manchester / Lancashire
- You will have appointments made for you
- Follow up leads to schools- primary and secondary - bring the business back into branch and passing over to the consultants to fill.
- Interviewing of candidates in job centres
