Experienced IT Contract Recruitment Consultant

Role:
Working from the Birmingham office. You will be involved in the full life cycle of recruitment which includes interviewing candidates to ascertain their backgrounds and requirements, selling the services of the company to clients and candidates, matching candidates requirements with sales vacancies, selling candidates to clients and setting up interviews, contacting companies on behalf of a candidate to take vacancies and arrange meetings, gathering leads and referrals from companies and candidates and achieving monthly revenue and activity targets both individually and as part of a team.
Profile:
You must be target and results orientated. Have the presence, credibility and maturity to present to corporate companies. On interview you will need to demonstrate your understanding of the sales process, how you would source vacancies, candidates and clients- how you would control candidates and clients. You must show that you are passionate about recruitment, have high levels of energy and enthusiasm are hungry for success and are obviously money motivated.
The environment is extremely professional and very fast paced. Each division has a Manager who will work very closely with each consultant. - You will brain storm on a regular basis on how you can target new areas and really identify any problems areas and find effective solutions to any key areas. You will be given all of the support and encouragement you will need to be a success. Although management support is very hands on you will be given the autonomy to run your desk as your own business.
Package:
Salary - £Dependant on experience + excellent commission structure + great incentives
