The Role:
Consultant ~
You must have a proven track record in recruitment / sales, be target and results orientated. Have the presence, credibility and maturity to present to corporate companies. On interview you will need to demonstrate your understanding of the recruitment process, how you source vacancies, candidates and clients- how you control candidates and clients. You must show that you are passionate about recruitment, have high levels of energy and enthusiasium are hungry for success and are obviously money motivated. You must be competitive, ambitious and have good job stability.
Profile:
On interview you need to demonstrate the following key areas:
· High focus on Quality and Standards
· Able to understand a sales and service concept and use proactively
· Able to understand a vertical/niche market and exploit opportunity
· Clear experience in developing new business relationships
· Focus on proactive client meetings
· Clear understanding of recruitment process of all levels of IT/IS staff particularly consultant or senior level sub-contractors
· Able to understand complex roles/requirements
· Consultative approach - understand client requirements first before proposal of solution (elicitation)
· Able to appreciate and work within complex procedures/processes
· Experience of competitive tendering/procurement procedures
· Knowledge of Public Sector service delivery, processes, procedures, environment, resources
