Recruitment Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Summary:
Working within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division. The Account Manager will take ownership for the timely delivery of recruitment solutions for a world leading high tech organisation. This will include extensive client and supplier management including travel throughout the EMEA region.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Previous experience of selling Recruitment or Software solutions to a European client base, ideally across the EMEA region (advantageous)
Proven sales expertise in a fast paced, target driven environment
High achiever – Achieved and exceeded sales targets
Used to working in pressurised environments
Duties:
Consistently achieving Monthly targets
Regularly meet with the Client Account
Frequently liaise with the client to improve recruitment processes and personal revenue on the account.
Assist the client in suggesting new ideas to help fill vacancies
Strong presentation skills allowing you to manage and control client meetings
Negotiate and co-ordinate recruitment advertising campaigns
Ensure extensive knowledge of the Client Account – i.e. History, style of recruitment, hiring managers and their roles, etc.
Learn the technologies used to a high level
Consistently identifying business opportunities for other business units
Consistently show yourself as a team player
Ability to mentor and develop junior members of staff whilst still maintaining your own figures (if applicable)
The setting of targets and goals for members of staff assigned to you and ensuring their targets and goals are met (if applicable)
To provide inspiration and motivation to the assigned staff members
Ability to deliver internal training to a group of staff
Ability to negotiate terms & conditions and handles any queries.
Extensive understanding of the account in order to pull together relevant information and statistics for bids & tenders
Ability to attract new/extended business from the Account in order to open new avenues of revenue by selling additional value added services
Ability to provide marketing information as and when required by the client
