Experienced Consultant – Executive Search
Location: Surrey & London
Remuneration: Basic of £50,000 to £70,000 plus generous bonus scheme & comprehensive benefits package

ISIS is a boutique executive search business working under the umbrella of a larger AIM listed company. Principally working in the consumer sector, and focused in particular on the hospitality, leisure, retail, FMCG and travel and tourism industries.
This role is suited to an experienced consultant ideally within an executive search boutique who wants to move into a rewarding environment and climb the ladder in terms of assignment level and responsibility. Your core focus will be senior and management appointments within our niche market.
We have a reputation of adding value for our clients through understanding and supporting their ongoing strategy and success. To offer this level of service you will need to be comfortable interacting at the highest level and willing to put in the work to gain a full understanding of your clients needs. We always seek to build long term relationships with clients, in the knowledge that the fuller the understanding of the client's business, the better and more comprehensive the service we can offer.
We are looking for a team player who is articulate, positive and personable as well as being focused, determined, resilient and resourceful. You will be committed to providing the best and most appropriate solution to their clients’ recruitment requirements regardless of the scale or scope.
In joining our boutique executive search consultancy your role will be to build and maintain high level relationships within a specialist market which you will be expected to become an expert in. You will develop an understanding of your client’s short, medium and long-term strategies and requirements, manage relationships, and ensure agreed levels of service and delivery are met. You will then be expected to work to targets within agreed timescales and manage the process through to a successful finish.
