Recruitment Consultants – Sales into Construction
To £28,000 + commission + benefits
Rapidly growing organisation, with 3 offices, excellent reputation with their marketplace of Sales and Marketing recruitment into the Construction industry.
The Warrington office is expanding and are looking for Consultants with experience recruiting in the construction sector. You must have a strong sales ability, a proven successful track record, ideally a graduate and have geographic knowledge of the Wolverhampton area.
The role will involve the full sales recruitment cycle coupled with account management for several key client accounts. You will be proactive, used to successfully generating candidates via networking, referrals and head hunting. Working autonomously you will be responsible for effective time management and prioritisation of your work load to ensure you meet your sales targets.
You will meet with both clients and candidates and will be dealing with positions such as Area Sales Manager, Sales Reps etc, salaries of £25,000 - £60,000+
