Our client with offices in Chelmsford and London are looking for experienced recruiters to join their established teams.
They are looking for recruiters with both permanent and contract experience,

Job Spec - IT Recruitment Consultant:
Essential requirements;
minimum of 2 years experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant (ideally IT)
track record of consistently billing £10,000 per month
strong business development skills & experience
own area of expertise within industry sector or business area
proven track record of working well in a team environment
dynamic, ambitious character with strong will to succeed
well presented with strong client facing skills
Preferred requirements:
ability to grow into Senior IT Recruitment & Team Leader
second (European) language
The job spec. above is intended as a benchmark only, they will consider candidates who do not meet these requirements as either Resourcers or Trainee Consultants if you are positive & ambitious but would hope you can become Consultants within 6 months).
Salaries/Commission:
negotiable base salary dependant on experience (examples below are based on Chelmsford office location);
Trainee Consultant £15,000pa
experienced Resourcer £18,000pa
experienced non-IT Consultant £22,000pa / £24,000pa
experienced IT Consultant £24,000pa / £26,000pa
experienced Senior IT Consultant £28,000pa / £30,000pa
standard commission scheme (uncapped);
10% of GP if > £10,000 GP billed in a month
15% of GP if £10,000 to £20,000GP billed in a month
20% of GP if < £20,000GP billed in a month
