Our client wishes to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Resources recruitment teams.
Recruitment Co-ordinators have been an important part of their company structure since the early 1990s, providing effective support to their experienced Consultants across a wide range of responsibilities designed to contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of their recruitment service. Our client recruits Marketing specialists for the Professional Services sector, with a well-established client base of law firms, accountancy firms and other professional partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include:
Accurate and efficient handling of client/candidate interview arrangements, ensuring locations/timings are accurate and ensuring that candidates are suitably briefed this is a key element of the role involving regular liaison with applicants and with client personnel, often at senior levels;
Maintaining and updating our online advertising presence across a number of specialist websites, ensuring prompt and accurate posting of vacancies and writing recruitment advertisements where required;
preparation of direct marketing initiatives, e.g. contact selection, drafting letters and support material, and project management of direct mail campaigns;
briefing candidates on opportunities as they become available;
general administrative assistance as required to ensure the efficient running of the recruitment team, liaising internally with the companys IT, marketing and office management functions as required;
handling incoming calls from candidates and clients, encompassing new applications and vacancies, feedback/enquiries regarding ongoing recruitment business, etc;
covering for senior staff on all business aspects in their absence;
helping to maintain regular telephone contact with candidates on our Database to ensure that our information about their requirements and circumstances is up-to-date and accurate;
helping to keep our Client Database as comprehensive and accurate as possible, e.g. by checking contact names and addresses and updating the Database as required;
researching new clients and new marketplaces, establishing key client data and creating new databases;
sending applicant CVs to client companies and being responsible for the presentation and accuracy of CVs.
