Recruitment Consultant - IT into Public Sector
To £28,000 + OTE + car allowance
Our clients is one of the leading providers of Public Sector/IT Sales/Managed Services in Berkshire. They are part of a larger group who are one of the largest, and fastest growing, professional support services organisations in the UK.
You will have at least 12 months experience of IT contracts, to start up the High Margin, Low Volume side of the business. If you are a senior manager then you may be able to have two staff under you with existing accounts. If you are not of senior calibre then you will build a team around you They have existing large accounts but you will be responsible for winning your own new accounts, and hence will be involved in the full recruitment cycle - identifying candidates, business development, cold calling, client visits, account development etc.
In return you are offered excellent training and progression prospects, full autonomy, a hands on role to progress further into Management. A base salary of up to £28k base depending upon experience, car allowance and bonuses and commission. A health scheme benefit and pension is also offered.
