Our client is looking for a Team Leader to successfully drive and develop this successful branch. The role will be to expand the business, exceed your targets and to utilise and expand upon the database of current clients and candidates, with the aim of building your own portfolio of clients.
You will have a minimum of two years experience of social / care work / public sector recruitment and two years management experience, ideally in social work at branch level. You will be either qualified in DipSW / CQSW / CSS or another relevant social work/ care qualification; or be a graduate of a relevant discipline eg Psychology, Personnel Management; or be REC qualified.
