We are looking for a recruiter to supply contract and temporary staff to the Engineering Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop a stake in our established company. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to build up an equity in the company - our past development shows this benefits the employee and company in terms of income and security, hopefully this will appeal to people from larger agencies where their large billings are swallowed up in the rest of the machine!
Preference given to someone with a successful background in the engineering marketplace however we would consider someone from a temp desk of equal complexity - eg Accountancy, Healthcare, IT etc.
The usual criteria on sales skills, energy and strong personality apply and an interest in engineering and construction is a distinct advantage.
