· Lead the growth of the Search & Selection Practice
· Build and deliver a business plan that will take ownership of all recruitment in the £75,000-£100,000 salary bracket.
· Oversee the delivery of these projects, insuring that client satisfaction levels remain at their current industry leading standards.
· To introduce a fresh external perspective on the company’s strategy in this area to complement the knowledge and experience of the Partners.
· Review client needs and expectation in this sector,
