c. £20,000 + OTE
Established and successful IT agency, dealing with both temp and perm business, with a turnover in excess of £2.5 million, offering a relaxed and fun yet professional working environment is looking for experienced IT Recruiters.
You will work on preferred supplier accounts as well as develop new business / accounts. Ideally you will have technology based recruitment experience but other technical / professional sectors would be considered.
Working methodology is based upon that of a Search company but on a contingency basis. Quality is far more important than quantity. Average perm fees are £12,000 and average temp GP is £2,000 per month.
