To £22,000 + uncapped commission
Our Client is a successful and rapidly expanding technical recruitment consultancy, with over twenty years experience working within the aerospace, defence, space, engineering rail and building services industries. Due to growth they are looking to expand their West London team. Looking for a Senior Recruiter who can build a team around them, with a background in Building Services, Rail, Aerospace or Construction.
A Business Development Professional/Team Leader is also sought to start a new Division within the Facilities Management or Rail Industry. You will have experience of Sales within Recruitment or related field, with experience of Bids, Proposals, Tenders, Preferred and Sole Supplier agreements a distinct advantage. You will need strong leadership and motivational skills with a proven track record.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, options for car allowance and healthcare, uncapped commission, on going training and development and future share options.
