Highly successful niche technical search agency, established in the late ‘90s, with a unique operating style and superb branding requires experienced Consultants. You will be provided with full training in Search methods, though previous experience would be advantageous. 50/50 split between retained and contingency recruitment, you will constantly add value to your clients.
Not managed by KPI's, you'll need to work both smart & hard to achieve business goals, with the view of gaining equity in the Company in the future
