THE COMPANY
Established in 1999, my client has enjoyed consistent organic growth year on year and is now in need to additional staff to enable the continuance of their business growth. Based in Stoke-On-Trent they service the UK’s IT market providing both permanent and contract staff. The culture is very open and honest, it’s a team orientated environment where all are hands-on even the MD who is happy to take on board new ideas.
THE POSITION
This company wants to strengthen its presence within Permanent IT recruitment market by recruiting a team of sales driven recruiters who will proactively create & develop a new and fertile IT client base. With growth in mind their sales manager is now in the midst of developing a new division and want to take on a further 6 staff. You’ll be targeting companies to sell in IT contract services or permanent solutions to new customers within the market place.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
The person selected for this role will have a good track record and proven experience within the IT recruitment or Sales.
