Role:
A hands on Branch managers role. You will have responsibility of motivating and leading a large team as well as ensure goals and standards are met. Responsibilities include the management of staff, training and coaching, branch meetings. You will be hands on billing/filling bookings, and have your own set targets to achieve.

1. A Recruitment Manager ideally experienced within the Medical arena (or a recruitment professional with understanding/knowledge of compliance and NATIONAL FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS)
2. A Strong leader, with excellent man-management skills, someone who can lead from the front, motivate, train and develop a large team of young inexperience consultants.
3.. Commercially aware people who are professional but don’t want to work in a strict corporate style, wanting to utilise their entrepreneurial skills.
4. Self starters with lots of drive & ambition.
5. Target focused, goal orientated.
6. Proactive people with an ambition be part of a business & influential in its growth.
7. Able to work with a minimum of supervision – keen to take on the responsibility without the need for micro-management
8. Someone used to cold calling - driving the business forward through proactive calling as well as managed contracts.
9. Someone experienced of tendering & handling contracts.
10. Knowledgeable of the market
11. Someone with excellent presentation skills.
12. Someone who knows how the PUBLIC SECTOR market works. They don’t want a manager who attacks it with a cold, hard brash approach but a relationship builder.
