This is a growing company with 4 locations all actively growing their business
Consultants are needed for Surrey, Cheshire, Warwickshire and Edinburgh.
Your ROLE as Talent Managers will be responsible for generating Candidate. It is envisaged that the Talent Managers will lead local candidate attraction and feed into the overall Candidate Attraction Strategy.
It is also planned that the majority of local interviews will be carried out by the Talent Managers and thus adding real value to the candidate throughout the whole recruitment process.
1. Sourcing candidates
2. Telephone interviewing & face-to-face interviews
3. Although mainly office based you’ll be able to meet candidates who cant get in to the office – hence having a company car.
4. Attending Milk Rounds at universities & exhibitions and other networking events
5. Use of computerised, networked database.
6. Responsible for maintaining regular and close communications with the consultants & account managers
7.
YOU WILL BE ATTRACTING A VARIETY OF CANDIDATES within the Pharmaceutical sector such as Medical reps, Hospital reps, NHS Liaison managers up to Regional Managers. Once you have profiled the candidates you’ll work closely with the team as you pass the candidates over to the consultants to match and place them.
EXCELLENT PACKAGE:-
Basic salary early-mid £20'sk OTE’s £40ks.
Company car
Pension - 3% contributory & 7.5% from employer
Mobile phone will be provided
23.5 days holiday. An extra 1 day after 2, 3 and 5 years to a maximum of 28 days
Life insurance - 4x base salary death in service.

THE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR
1. Ideally looking for resourcers from the Pharmaceutical recruitment industry or with a Pharmaceutical background or circa 2 years Recruitment background - good quality people who may want to swap sectors.
2. You must have good interpersonal & communication skills – written & verbal
3. Ideally an understanding of the recruitment business
4. MOTIVATED - Hungry to earn with fire in your belly – have a real passion
5. Team orientated
6. Good communication skills
7. Good planning and time management skills
8. Car drivers
9. Ideally educated with science A levels, RGN or Life Science degree |
