This is an established, medium-sized independent firm, operating in a number of key sectors. Due to expansion they need a Team Leader to take over a small successful team placing Commercial/Office staff into both Perm & Temp positions. This is a hands-on, challenging role. You’ll lead from the front, motivating the team through your own achievements and efforts. This is not a traditional high street agency; instead they work to a quality driven, consultative method, with high levels of client & candidate contact, which produces excellent results. Run by experienced, highly visible Directors they have an excellent working atmosphere and low staff turnover. To be considered you’ll need at least 2 years Recruitment exp, from any background.
