This national player is ranked as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' and rarely looks outside at this level. Due to promotion they need a Branch Manager for one of their most prestigious offices. You’ll take over a successful team, with a remit to recruit additional staff. You’ll lead from the front, spending about half your time on building client relationships and half on motivating & mentoring the team. You'll need solid experience within a Commercial agency, either you’re already a Branch Manager, seeking greater career prospects or you’re an outstanding Senior Consultant desperate to make that next move up.
