Base c.£20,000 OTE c.£60,000
This is a medium sized independent, with a branch network covering both the North & South UK. Due to expansion, the Chester office needs an additional Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant. The company has a solid, secure base, combining old-fashioned principles with a very modern approach. Clients, candidates and, most importantly, staff are treated with respect. This is not a ‘hard sales’ style, instead they are more consultative, building long-term relationships and placing quality above quantity. They have very high staff retention, due to high morale and a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. To be considered you’ll need at least 12 months Recruitment exp, ideally Commercial/Office, but will consider any background with the right attitude. Expectations are high and the role is very demanding, however, the team enjoys lots of banter, the rewards are excellent and there’s a structured, well-defined career path if you seek more responsibility and personal growth.
