Base £19,000 - £24,000 + 30% Commission
Our client has over 30 years recruitment experience within Public Sector recruitment. Utilising this knowledge their Consultants have an excellent understanding of clients and candidates needs and can offer a professional and effective recruitment service throughout the UK. The extensive search and selection procedures are complemented by nationwide and industry specific advertising, to ensure the sourcing of only the highest calibre of candidates. They are firmly established as a key provider to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Educational Establishments. They have built strong links with numerous Public Sector organisations, including Local Government, Housing Associations, Charities, Educational Establishments as well as Private Sector organisations involved in PFI, PPP or partnering agreements. Further expansion and internal promotions have created roles for three more Consultants / Senior Consultants. You’ll move into warm desks, and be expected to capitalize on the current relationships, while developing new revenue sources. A key area of your time will be spent on candidate attraction, through advertising, database, networking and search techniques. While ongoing training & mentoring is available, you will already be capable of liaising at all levels, needing at least 12 months Recruitment exp (ideally Construction/Public Sector), to have the requisite skills to deliver results.
