· Management of all assigned staff, fulfil a high ratio of contract vacancies received from allocated Client
· Regularly and consistently liase with assigned clients
· Attend regular meetings with the client to develop the business relationships
· Manage full candidate life cycle
· General maintenance and update of the Major Account procedures for allocated accounts.
· Provide business review documentation each month
