| Due to organic growth, this ambitious company based in Charing Cross are looking to hire both Contract and Permanent Recruitment Consultants within Banking and Information Technology.
Your responsibilities will be to bring on new clients and manage an existing portfolio, building and developing strong relationships with those clients and solely account managing them and building up your own business. You will source candidates for your vacancies through searching on the extensive database, Headhunting and Networking. You will also manage the placement process thereafter. If successful, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage your own team.
12 month + relevant experience essential!
You will be rewarded with an above average salary and excellent commission scheme and bonus and incentives.
