You will be responsible for client visits, new business development and motivating staff. You will be targeted on the Branch’s performance and your focus is therefore on revenue generation by yourself and your team. You will be given full autonomy to run the Branch as your own business with full support from Directors. A successful team is in place with very low staff turnover.
