To £20,000 £50k+ OTE
We are currently recruiting for a lively independent Medical Consultancy and are looking for experienced Recruiters to deal with Qualified Social Work candidates or Healthcare candidates. You will have a proven track record within this sector and be confident to start up a desk.
You will need at least 12 months recruitment experience in any of the above mentioned sectors - all aspects of the recruitment life cycle including interviewing, registering and reference checking, new business development generation as well as maintaining existing client relationships.
You will be a self-starter and will work well within an autonomous environment. High achievers can look forward to excellent career and earning potential.
Nice offices with a very buzzy atmosphere, full admin support and the provision of all the tools you need to do the job well and successfully.
Base salaries to £20,000 with 15% commission - giving realistic OTE's of £50k+
