Full training will be provided. The role offers scope to develop your skills in recruitment, work in a young and dynamic team environment and also gives you the opportunity to directly influence your salary as we have no cap on what you can earn.
We are seeking high calibre individuals who possess a good academic background, preferably a graduate, with a burning desire to achieve goals, excel in customer service and develop skills that will allow you to grow with the business. It would be helpful if you possess recruitment, sales, or relationship building skills as a foundation for a career at Sharp Consultancy. In addition you will be self motivated, driven and have the desire to succeed in this tough and demanding industry.
