| An Exciting Opportunity has arisen for a experienced Recruitment Consultant/ Headhunter who is looking for a role with a lot of prospects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and must be able to develop their own business and to place their own candidates.
ZR Consultants is currently a small business with one part-time consultant and the MD. The MD’s time is now largely taken up with the Consultancy Services arm of the business and he is therefore looking for some one to come in and take charge of the recruitment arm of the business.
You will need to be a strong leader, be able to achieve targets and be able to develop a team under you. You will need to be trustworthy and be able to work on your own initiative as in the short-term you will be in the office by yourself.
The role offers a generous basic and large bonuses with annual performance related appraisals. More importantly it allows you develop within the business and to grow the business from strength to strength. The Firm is looking to triple in size over the next 12 months and various senior managemnet positions will be on offer in the near future.

1. You will have at least 3 years of Recruitment experience

3. You will be able to work on your own initiative and build your own Team?
4. You will be able to relocate or commute to Newcastle-under-Lyme
