Our continued success has ensured that we are able to now move forward, in line with our 3 year ambitious plan, and establish a Legal Practice Area - the aim of which will be to recruit qualified lawyers and above for leading Private Practice companies, particularly in Leeds, Manchester , Birmingham and London.
You will be responsible for the following:
Preparation of operational and strategic plans for the Practice Area
Recruiting and developing team members both in York and London
Business development within the Private Practice area, supported by our own in house business development function
Preparation and execution of candidate generation strategies, supported by our own in house research function.

At least 3 years legal recruitment experience within the Private Practice arena.
Excellent business development and relationship skills
