| Based in Central Bristol, my client is an IT specific recruitment company and has been growing exponentially year on year, for the last 4 years and now has a team of 20 consultants.
Due to continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage and expand a team of 3-6 consultants, and as this is a new positions, they will consider people from either contract or permanent disciplines.
They are no geographical restrictions as to where you can develop business, but the successful applicant must have the desire to develop new business and to motivate a team to do the same.
Renumeration package is market leading, with up to a £32k basic salary, 25% commission on ALL individual billings with no threshold, if you achieve your annual target before the 12 months period is up, you will be paid at 50% commission for all business over and above your target. You will also receive team bonuses.
OTE £70k + unlimited double commission for anything over target, so £100k + earnings p.a. is expected for the suitably motivated individuals.
