| My client is a national construction recruitment consultancy and is currently recruiting for an experienced Permanents Team Leader to join their team in Central Bristol.
The successful applicant must be either an established consultant looking for the next step in their career or a team leader with a proven track record in construction recruitment sales.
You will be managing a small team of between 2-4 people and be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring your team. In addition you will also have an individual target of £120k in the first year.
The sale territory is the South West of England and you will have many PSL agreements to utilise immediately.
Basic salary will be upto £28k and the commission structure starts at 10% and rises incrementally to 20%.
Bonuses are also paid for over achievement of your individual targets and team targets.
