| Background
My client started in 1998 and have grown hugely since then, opening a new office every year since, and now have 8 offices worldwide with over 120 consultants, with further expansion planned for next year.
They are a niche recruitment company that exclusively deal with property and construction professionals on a permanent and contract basis.
Office Environment
They have a friendly and fun culture where all people are treated like adults. You will not be micro managed and will not have someone peering over your shoulder all day.
Everyone bills in the office, including the directors, so there is a very flat hierarchical structure.
There are no KPI targets to adhere to. You will be set a target for the year and how you achieve this target is up to you.
Consultants work together to ensure the best possible service for the company’s clients.
Thresholds
The company operates a £6k threshold after which commission on billings between £6k - £8k will be paid at 20%, £8k - £10k = 25%, £10k - £12k = 30% and £12k + 35%
Salaries
Salaries are dependant upon experience and are negotiable as are guarantees to enable consultants to really get on their feet.
Trips
The company organise skiing trips, weekends away, holidays in the sun etc.
The emphasis is on team building and all consultants are encouraged as much as possible to socialise with each other.
