Owing to company expansion they are currently recruiting for highly sales driven and target motivated individuals for their Manchester Branch and as such will consider both experienced and trainee recruitment professionals who display the right attitude towards sales, targets and financial reward and who demonstrate a professional approach with excellent communication skills.
The successful recruitment candidates will join an established team of consultants and support staff with an already well defined client base and presence within their recruitment sector. This role will involve pushing business forward and selling the company’s services to new clients whilst meeting and exceeding established clients expectations with the ultimate aim to expand on potential revenue opportunities.
As a skilled recruitment professional, you will have full responsibility and independence for a busy client and candidate portfolio within a dynamic and committed environment. Meeting clients face to face, building strong rapports and encouraging valuable ongoing recruitment relationships. Advertising for, interviewing and sourcing candidates for your clients. Recruitment backgrounds within all sectors will be considered. Guaranteed commission and company cars can be provided immediately.
For Trainee Recruitment Consultants, you will receive full training within either a Trainee Recruitment or Resourcer capacity with the opportunity to progress to a full consultancy role as this market leading organisation offers excellent chances for career enhancement for success driven individuals. Previous telesales experience will be extremely advantageous to this role as this is a major element of any recruitment function.
