| Our client is a truly global recruitment organisation with a turnover in excess of £200m and numerous offices. They focus across multi disciplines and have a fantastic reputation.
They are currently looking for a hardworking and experienced Recruiter, to service one of their global clients based in the South East.
This is a high profile role and will involve working closely with the Client to provide a flexible, consultative recruitment service. The principal focus of the on-site teams is to provide a high quality recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, to improve resourcing delivery across the organisation, and significantly reduce costs.
Responsibilities :
Typical responsibilities will include:
-Management of the contract and ensuring adherence to service levels.
-Act as mentor to the on-site team managers, providing consultative coaching and advice as necessary.
-Motivating the onsite team to be proactive, customer focused and willing to “go the extra mile” to deliver an exceptional service
-Managing client expectations, giving constructive best practice advice
-Monthly meetings with client sponsor
-Providing reports to the client as specified by the client sponsor and Service Level Agreements

| Skills: |
Experience required :
The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 2 years recruitment consultancy or HR Recruitment experience (preferably on-site experience, but not essential)
-Strong experience of sourcing and recruiting within the IT / Telecoms industry (or other technical discipline)
-A process orientated approach and excellent organisational skills
-Ability to prioritise workload to optimise results and achieve targets
-Ability to work effectively under pressure
-Proven track record in delivering recruitment solutions to clients on-time and within budget
