£14-20K + 50% commission
OTE £35K-£65K+
Booming market - we have more Clients & more Candidates than we can deal with - we URGENTLY NEED 1-2 additional Consultants to join our expanding team.
Aston Taylor is an extremely successful operation and we intend to be THE major player in the Recruit-to-Recruit market. We are financially strong, with a superb support infrastructure, and we are led by visionary management.
Experienced Recruiters will benefit from ongoing training and mentoring - BUT not stifling supervision. We have a winning style - based on quality methods, we make full use of the latest technology and our Support team ensure that you do not need to do the admin.! We have no commission thresholds and we pay up to 50% on very achievable targets. Our growth demands will ensure career prospects towards Team Leading, Management and even Directorship.
To be considered you will need at least 1-2 years Recruitment experience (any sector - but prefer Perms), including the full cycle - from cold call to close call (there is a healthy mix of new business & account management). We are not interested in job hoppers or blaggers, nor anyone seeking a 'cushy' number - we want people who need success and the rewards it brings.
