| Our client is actively looking for someone to be based in their Bath office as a consultant to recruit AHP's. You don't necessarily have to have specific recruitment experience but sales or a desire to get into recruitment is essential - or 6 months minimum recruitment experience in any field.
Salary £30k+ (Basic + commission)
Description:
To meet business targets by placing locum and permanent candidates in Allied Health positions within the UK
Duties:
Develop ongoing relationships with candidates and clients
Sell the benefits to candidates
Register candidates that enquire for work
Check background references and details of candidates, ensuring they are suitable for appropriate vacancies
Develop business by contacting clients in the UK and find opportunities for candidates
Sell the benefits to clients
Match registered candidates with vacancies
Arrange direct interviews for candidates with clients
Under the guidance of the managers negotiate charge rates with clients, and pay rates with candidates
Contact clients on a regular basis to check progress of locums currently working, and deal with any issues arising
Contact candidates on a regular basis to ensure you are up-to-date with changes in their requirements and current work.
Visit clients to develop relationships further and to develop a greater understanding of business requirements
Conduct 6 monthly reviews/appraisals with working locums
Identify new business / vacancies within specific geographical regions
Meet targets set
Attend conferences and industry meetings as directed by managers
Keep up-to-date with issues happening in the field through industry journals and newsletters
