Role:
Business objective is to maximise branch Net operating Profit through the management of every business transaction reflecting my clients services as a quality company through ensuring all client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality service. In addition a successful Branch Manager will develop a stable and successful branch team, while developing individuals to their maximum potential in order to achieve company and branch objectives.
Candidate:
•Minimum 2 years Recruitment Management Experience
•Excellent leadership and motivational skills
•Excellent delivery, presentational & communication skills
•Honest, reliable and the desire to succeed. |
