CLIENT
We are acting for a number of Healthcare organisations who are looking to strengthen their Operational Management Teams.
ROLE
The roles vary, some Clients have established businesses that are standing still and need a dynamic man manager. Some Clients are looking for Candidates to rapidly expand and capitalise on their reputation and name. Others are looking for individuals to manage acquisitions that need to be carefully integrated into their care brand.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
•You will have a proven track record of substantially impacting on net profit growth
•Be able to demonstrate strong leadership, plan and deliver strategies and perform strongly within a team.
•Have a min 5 years Senior Manager Recruitment experience (preferably within Healthcare)
•Be prepared to lead from the front and build strong performing teams |
