The Position
Lead a team of two secretarial recruiters in this long established recruitment company in the heart of Leeds. You will use your expertise in secretarial recruitment and help maximise potential of both consultants (one temporary and one permanent) as well as running a recruitment desk of your own. A wonderful opportunity for someone wanting to make the step into management without taking the total leap into a BM role.
The Requirements - Role of Secretarial Team Leader - Recruitment Consultant :
· Recruitment consultants need a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and will now be looking to move into a leadership role
· Must be self motivated and willing to work hard in this busy and dynamic recruitment environment
· The Recruitment Consultant should be a confident, service driven individual
· An aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is a necessity
