Our client is a successful IT agency dealing in the SAP / ERP markets, offering a good working environment, with a slightly different approach to the way they work. They have a good brand name, good staff retention (everyone there at least 3 years- some 7-8), have never been taken off PSLs, offer lots of autonomy, you plan your own day - if you don't feel like selling one day then you resource if you think that is what is going to make you the money. 90% of the admin is taken away from them so you can concentrate on making money.
They are looking for 2 people for ERP or CRM contracts (but some perms). One junior, one senior person.
JUNIOR: 2 years sales experience or recruitment experience. Will work alongside a senior and help them to chase leads, interview candidates etc (but not a resourcers role). Mainly work on existing PSLs (Alexander Mann, CSE, Oracle, Bearing Point, Esure etc). Mainly about developing existing business but as soon as this is done then new business would be good. Mainly UK based but some european business...
SENIOR: Min of 3 years IT experience, ERP/CRM ideally. Used to dealing at Director level etc.
