Recruitment Consultant – Technical / Construction
£19,000+ plus OTE
Part of a large Group, the Watford office is expanding it’s team of 20 Consultants and are looking for experienced Recruiters to join the Service and Maintenance division. There are numerous large clients in place which need servicing quickly – currently have more business than they can cope with.
You must have at least two years recruitment experience, preferable with temps and perms experience and construction experience. You will be placing Site Manager, Quantity Surveyors aswell as Trades and Labour personnel. You will be expected to manage your own time and desk effectively, KPI’s are only in place as a guideline, this is not a micro managed environment.
Salaries are from £19,000 upwards depending upon experience plus commission.
