Managing Consultant - Sales
To £40,000 + car + OTE
Our client is part of a large group which is a household name, and are looking to expand their sales team in Crewe with the recruitment of an experienced Managing Consultant.
Although IT recruitment experience would be beneficial, minimum 12 months, candidates with other sector experience will be considered. You will be dealing with vacancies such as Sales Managers through to Sales Directors.
You will be joining a successful team of 9, working in open plan offices with excellent facilities such as on-site gym and restaurant.
You will be expected to work autonomously, adhering to an agreed business plan and deliver results. You will build a team around you and ensure your team’s targets are exceeded. The role will not have any cold calling initially as the majority of business is by way of referral, though as your team expands an element of new business will be necessary.
You will receive a base salary up to £40,000 depending upon experience, with car / car allowance, laptop, phone and a generous commission scheme.
