£25,000 - £30,000 + OTE
Independently owned company, established 7 years ago, now boasts a turnover of £12 million pa. Currently have over 50 staff in the company and are expanding again, looking for new team members for their fashionable offices.
You will be mainly developing a large prestigious banking account. You must be able to network, be charming, creative and personable. You will be given warm leads and accounts to develop but need to progress things and use your initiative to create business with other directors and managers in your area.
You must have a minimum of 3-5 years IT into Banking recruitment experience - specifically recruiting for trading floor operations - i.e. Software Developers, Helpdesk, Network Support, Programmers etc. You will be professional, intelligent, practical and presentable – this is a very corporate company.
