Established over 2 decades ago as a specialist I.T recruitment company and listed on the London Stock Exchange, they have now developed into a generalist provider of integrated recruitment services. They have diversified into new markets and now delivers in the areas of I.T, Telco, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, HR & Office Team, with offices in the UK & Europe.
Role
To provide strategic leadership and direction for the diversified division - Fiancial, Sales, Engineering, Commercial, HR, & Supply Chain by growing and driving their business, in order to deliver financial success, and help establish them as one of the leading providers of integrated recruitment services.
This senior role will sit on the Operating Board and will be critical in delivering the business objectives.
Candidate
•5 years experience in a senior business management role
•1 years experience of operating at Board level, although not necessarily sitting on the Board
•Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable
•Sales background with evidence of ability to delivering results
•Proven leadership ability to driving sales performance
•Preferably experience of managing a ‘start up’ operation and achieving success
•Good IT Skills
•Flexibility in being able to travel away from home
