Due to the expansion within this 5+ year old independently owned recruitment business, F10 now requires a Sales Support / Resourcer to work alongside a Senior Consultant or Business Development Manager in our Sales & Marketing Division.
You will assist in the resourcing of candidates to match our Clients current live requirements and in the administration of placing adverts etc...,
Placing Sales & Marketing professionals at all levels throughout the UK, you will have a professional approach to both your clients and your candidates.
Suitable candidates will ideally have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience within any sector and be looking for the challenge of joining a growing company where they have the opportunity to develop the role based on their success.
As well as the basic salary, you will be offered uncapped commission with no threshold, a great open team focused environment with a strong focus on service delivery and a fabulous, modern office environment.
Suitable candidates will have a natural hunger to work in a sales based recruitment role, a good ability to generate business and be a dedicated team player.
