THE ROLE
You will take over an established Commercial temps desk within the busy city centre branch.
This very rewarding role will require proactive and reactive sales calls relying on your business skills to develop long term relationships with clients to increase revenue and ensure targets are met.
Your role as Recruitment Consultant will involve selecting and interviewing high calibre candidates and sourcing opportunities by phone or face to face meeting.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience, ideally in the commercial sector.
You will be efficient, personable and used to creating successful client relationships.
You are expected to be a proven salesperson with a successful track record in a targeted environment
