Our client is a specialist permanent recruitment consultancy operating in the white collar construction industry. They are based just outside Colchester and have a very friendly team of six who work in a purely financial driven environment.
They now are looking to add to this team with the emphasis of employing 2 experienced senior recruitment professionals who have had a solid background in Construction or other allied recruitment markets.
You will have at least 3 years stable recruitment experience of working within a permanent recruitment market where you have built up solid relationships and have successfully billed on a constant basis. You will need to be very candidate driven and will have forged solid ties with candidates in your past roles.
The package is fantastic.
BASE SALARY £28,0000
BONUS STRUCTURE UNCAPPED 5% RISING TO 20%
THRESHOLD BONUS CIRCA £4K IF YOUR BILLINGS HIT AND EXCEED 140K
PRIVATE HEALTHCARE SCHEME
