| Do you have recruitment experience in a temp/contracts market and are looking for a softer sell? Relationship building and a warm personality are important in this role. You must be personable and able to build a good rapport with contacts within schools. Very strong team culture, fun lively offices. It is fast paced. You must be dynamic, motivated and committed. Your working hours are flexible and fit well within the academic calendar. Excellent communication skills required. Working hours to suit the academic calendar. .
The Role
• Build relationships with all client schools.
• Provide a secure platform for all teachers and schools to ensure a healthy business.
• Play an active role in teacher and client retention.
• Complete teacher registrations and vetting procedures.
• Sales calls and Spec calls to existing clients and clients with vacancies.
• Creating and filling placements for daily and long term supply.
• Gaining an excellent knowledge of all teachers and clients.
• Ensure quality is maintained within the teacher base.
• Providing support and advice to all teachers.
• Service visits to existing clients along with to increase and strengthen working relationships.
• Providing schools with a professional yet personal service.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns with overseas offices.
• Maintaining accurate records and updated information on the teacher and schools database.
• Ensure a professional work ethic is maintained.
• Visits to major clients.
• Regular morning spec calls to place day to day teachers who do not have work.
Salary: to 25k basic + commission
